## Sie übernehmen

  • die Wohnungsbesichtigungen mit Mietinteressenten,
  • die Wohnungsübergaben mit Protokollerstellung, Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung der neuen Mieter etc. sowie die Wohnungsendabnahmen,
  • die Begleitung von Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technischen Gebäudemanagement, Kundenmanagement und Bauleitung,
  • die Überprüfung der Durchführung von Schönheitsreparaturen sowie die Kontrolle der Handwerksfirmen bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten,
  • das Sauberhalten von Müllplätzen, Außenanlagen und Spielplätzen sowie die Veranlassung von Sperrmüllabholungen,
  • die Veranlassung von Notfallmaßnahmen bei Gefahr in Verzug,
  • die jährlichen Sicherheitsbegehungen sowie die Ablesung der allgemeinen Verbrauchskostengeräte.

## Sie passen zu uns

  • mit Erfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft und technischem Verständnis,
  • wenn Sie IT-Affinität besitzen und Ihnen der Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten und der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift leichtfällt,
  • wenn Ihnen persönlicher Kundenkontakt in unseren Quartieren Freude bereitet,
  • mit einem PKW, den Sie für Dienstfahrten zur Verfügung stellen können,
  • wenn für Sie unternehmerisches Denken, Selbstmanagement, Lernbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung mit hoher Ziel- bzw. Lösungsorientierung selbstverständlich sind,
  • wenn Organisations- und Innovationsfähigkeit sowie Team-, Konflikt-, Kommunikations- und Feedbackfähigkeit Ihr Profil abrunden.
