Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Haar suchen wir eine/n
  • Objekttechniker/in (m/w/d) - Elektro in Vollzeit. Ihre Aufgaben
  • umfassen:
  • Ganzheitliche technische Betreuung von Instandhaltungsobjekten mit
  • Schwerpunkt auf Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung und Reparatur
  • elektrotechnischer Anlagen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit sowie Minimierung
  • von Ausfallzeiten durch proaktive Maßnahmen.
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Objekt- und Anlagenrundgänge zur
  • Zustandskontrolle innerhalb und außerhalb der Gebäude.
  • Fachliche Koordination und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern
  • inklusive Leistungsprüfung und Unterstützung bei Abnahmen.
  • Durchführung von SGU-Prüfungen (Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und
  • Umweltschutzanforderungen) bei operativ tätigen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Direkter Kundeneinsatz vor Ort mit klar definiertem
  • Verantwortungsbereich.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B.
  • als Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder mit Weiterbildung zum Elektrotechniker
  • (m/w/d).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Instandhaltung sowie
  • Störungsanalyse und -beseitigung elektrotechnischer Anlagen.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste
  • Arbeitsweise.
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office, Bereitschaft zum Not- und Stördienst
  • sowie Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert.
