#### Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

#### Objekt-Immobilienverwalter/in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zur Verwaltung von Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien für private und institutionelle Kunden.

##### Ihre Aufgaben:

Erstellung von Objektabrechnungen

Erstellung regelmäßiger Eigentümerreports

Erstellung von Jahresbudgets und deren Steuerung

Kommunikation und Steuerung von Dienstleistern

Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden

Organisation und Teilnahme an Sitzungen / Versammlungen

Planung von Terminen & Reisen

Pflege der Datenbanken

Verwaltung der Objektordner

##### Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich oder akademische

Qualifikation

selbständige Arbeitsweise

Motivation, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit

Führerschein PKW ist zwingend erforderlich; ein privater PKW ist von Vorteil.
