Job Description

  • 主要職責 (Key Responsibilities) ：
  • 業務開發與客戶維繫： 主動開發具潛力之 OBU 企業客戶，深耕既有客戶關係，掌握客戶營運狀況與財務需求，提供客製化跨境金融解決方案。

授信與風險管理： 負責撰寫高品質之授信評估報告 (Credit Proposal)，進行產業分析與財務模型建構；落實貸後管理 (Post-lending Management) 與預警機制，確保資產品質。

產品交叉跨售： 協同 TMU、外匯、貿易融資、財富管理與聯貸等產品團隊，推展多元化金融產品，極大化客戶貢獻度 (AUM & Revenue)。

法遵與內控落實： 督導並確保客戶開戶、交易及授信流程符合主管機關及行內 KYC (認識客戶)、CDD (客戶盡職調查) 與 AML (防制洗錢) 之相關規範。

專案與團隊協作： 指導與帶領 ARM 執行日常業務，提升團隊整體專業能力與運作效率。

資格條件 (Qualifications)：

  • 學歷： 國內外大學以上學歷，商管、財務、經濟相關科系畢佳。
  • 經驗： 具備 3-5年法金 RM 經驗，其中至少 2 年以上 OBU / 跨境業務/財富管理跨售經驗者優先。
  • 專業技能： 具備扎實的財務報表分析能力、徵授信報告撰寫能力及敏銳的風險意識。
  • 語言能力： 具備優秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力，能獨立審閱英文財報。
  • 證照： 具備初階授信、外匯、信託、內控等法定金融證照。
