Job Description
- 主要職責 (Key Responsibilities)：
- 授信報告協助： 協助 RM 蒐集客戶財務報表、產業研究資料，並協辦徵授信報告 (Credit Proposal) 及年度覆審報告之撰寫與系統登錄。
KYC / AML 作業執行： 辦理 OBU 客戶開戶作業，確實執行 KYC、CDD 審查作業、洗錢防制檢核及定期的資料更新與維護。
帳務與撥貸作業： 擔任前台業務與中後台 (審查、作業、外匯中心) 之溝通橋樑，協助處理動撥款項、外幣匯出入、信用狀開立及各項交易指示之文件審核與傳遞。
日常客戶服務： 協助回覆客戶日常業務詢問，處理例行性存匯、額度動用等帳務問題，維持良好的客戶滿意度。
貸後管理追蹤： 追蹤客戶財務報表繳交進度、財務承諾 (Financial Covenants) 檢核及擔保品管理。
資格條件 (Qualifications)：
學歷： 國內外大學以上學歷，財經、商管相關科系畢。
經驗： 具備 1-3 年銀行相關工作經驗，曾任法金 ARM、徵信人員或 OBU 外匯作業人員者佳。
專業技能： 熟練使用 MS Office (特別是 Excel 數據處理與 Word 排版)；具備基礎財務會計知識。
語言能力： 具備中等以上英文能力，能閱讀英文財報與商業信函。
個人特質： 細心負責、抗壓性高、具備良好的溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神，且對未來晉升 RM 具備強烈企圖心。
證照： 具備初階授信、外匯、信託或防制洗錢相關證照者尤佳。
