Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time & PRN Opportunities

Location: Charlevoix, MI

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive rehabilitation environment? We are seeking motivated and compassionate OTs to join our team in Charlevoix, Michigan!

Position Opportunities

  • Full-Time Occupational Therapist
  • PRN Occupational Therapist

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
  • Help patients achieve their highest possible level of functional independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.
