What You’ll Do

• •Work closely with patients, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
• •Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• •Participate in care planning and collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals

What We’re Looking For

• •Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• •Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• •Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• •Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• •Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus
