We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at a Skilled Nursing facility in Kettering and Centerville, Ohio. The 2 facilities are 3 miles apart. If you're passionate about helping patients maximize independence, improve function, and achieve meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• •Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• •Provide skilled occupational therapy services
• •Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, cognition, strength, and functional independence
• •Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• •Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
• •Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Participate in care plan and discharge planning meetings
• •Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff
• •Recommend equipment and interventions to improve patient outcomes
• •Maintain timely, accurate documentation and billing
• •Comply with all state licensure, regulatory, and professional practice standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• •Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare team
• •Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
