Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive work environment? Join Concept Rehab, a therapist-owned and operated company with more than 45 years of experience providing quality rehabilitation services.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Port Huron, Michigan.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy services to help patients improve independence and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.
Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
