Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics Outpatient

Make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As an Inpatient Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key contributor to a multidisciplinary team, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. From evaluation to discharge planning, your expertise will support recovery and enhance the hospital experience.

What You’ll Do

• •Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• •Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
• •Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• •Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs.
• •Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries.
• •Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives.
• •Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program

• •Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
• •Current CPR certification
• •Previous clinical experience preferred
• •New graduates welcome
