We're looking for PRN Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team.
We are a group of hard workers who enjoy celebrating patient wins - big or small.
Whether you're looking to pick up extra shifts, supplement another position, or simply enjoy a flexible schedule, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized care plans
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current Oregon license as an OT, PT, or SLP
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
