What You’ll Do:

• •Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and quality of life
• •Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• •Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• •Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• •Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

Qualifications:

• •Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• •Passion for providing high-quality patient care
