Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) – Full Time
Location: Port Huron, MI
Are you a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? Join Concept Rehab , a therapist-owned and operated company dedicated to helping patients improve their independence, function, and quality of life.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
What We're Looking For
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
