Ocean Customer Experience Specialist

You will be responsible for:

• •Customer Experience which includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
• •Customer channel management
• •Case Management
• •Customer onboarding and relationship management
• •Contract and dispute management and more

We are looking for:

• •Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory)
• •German Language Expert with minimum B2 Level certification (mandatory)
• •Good at MS Office skills
• •The desired candidate should be comfortable working in European shift
