What You Can Expect :

  • Supporto nella gestione operativa delle spedizioni marittime export, sia LCL che FCL
  • Inserimento e aggiornamento dei dati relativi alle spedizioni nei sistemi aziendali
  • Gestione delle prenotazioni dei ritiri presso i clienti e coordinamento con i fornitori di trasporto
  • Prenotazione degli spazi nave presso le compagnie marittime e gestione delle relative conferme
  • Preparazione, verifica e aggiornamento della documentazione di spedizione e dei documenti necessari per l’export
  • Coordinamento operativo con clienti, fornitori, compagnie marittime, terminal e altri interlocutori coinvolti nella spedizione
  • Monitoraggio dello stato delle spedizioni e supporto nella comunicazione degli aggiornamenti
  • Supporto nella gestione delle tempistiche operative e delle scadenze
  • Supporto nella gestione di eventuali problematiche, variazioni, ritardi o anomalie operative
  • Archiviazione e gestione della documentazione relativa alle spedizioni
  • Collaborazione con il team per garantire qualità, puntualità ed efficienza del servizio

What You Bring:

  • Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in Logistica, Economia o discipline affini
  • Interesse per il settore logistico e delle spedizioni internazionali
  • Interesse per il trasporto marittimo e per i processi di export
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza base del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook
  • Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio
  • Buone capacità di comunicazione e attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Precisione, proattività e interesse ad apprendere i processi operativi della logistica internazionale
