The Position

协助以英语准备会议资料以及撰写会议记录等文书工作
协助文件中英文翻译
信息收集与整理，文件分类及整理
项目跟进及追踪
协助部门行政活动的组织
部门其他工作的执行

岗位要求：

本科或硕士在读学生，电子工程，工业工程，计算机科学相关专业。
良好的沟通能力、能够跨部门协作并建立积极的互动关系。

积极主动，有较强的责任心，工作细致，认真负责。

具备基本的英语沟通能力优先。
