Ihr Profil :

  • Fundierte fachliche Ausbildung (Studium) Oenologie oder Getränketechnologie oder vergleichbar
  • praktische und theoretische Erfahrung in der Getränke- und Weinbereitung, Kellerwirtschaft und Bereitung von artverwandten Getränken
  • sichere Sensorik und Affinität für Wein und innovative Getränke
  • gute Englisch- und IT-Kenntnisse
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Organisation und Aufbereitung von externen Analysen, Spezifikationen und Mustern
  • Entwicklung neuer Getränke
  • Bewertung und Erstellung interner und externer Spezifikationen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Begleitung und Kontrolle der Produktionsschritte in der Kellerwirtschaft
