Job Summary

We are hiring a Night Shift-Office Support Staff to manage pantry and housekeeping activities during night hours. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, ensuring hygiene, and supporting smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pantry Management

  • Refill drinking water bottles across the office
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee as required
  • Wash utensils and store them properly
  • Maintain pantry cleanliness and hygiene

Housekeeping

  • Dust all office tables before shift end
  • Wet mop floors twice daily
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of office space

Waste Management

  • Clear waste from dustbins daily
  • Maintain proper disposal and hygiene

Washroom Maintenance

  • Clean washrooms daily
  • Ensure availability of soap, tissues, and water
  • Maintain hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping/office support preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Should be ready to work in day shift whenever required
  • Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene practices
  • Well groomed
  • Cooperative and good attitude
