WE'RE HIRING

REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER

Norfolk & Richmond, VA | Full-Time | $65,000–$80,000 Annually

Are You the Person Who Keeps Everything Running?

Are you highly organized, proactive, and someone who takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting a team, and finding better ways to get things done?

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is seeking a dependable, motivated Regional Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Norfolk and Richmond offices.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to play an important role in the success of two growing branches.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Office Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for Norfolk and Richmond.
  • Maintain organized records, paperwork, and office processes.
  • Provide administrative support to branch managers, estimators, and field teams.
  • Identify issues, improve processes, and ensure follow-through.
  • Billing & Financial Administration
  • Manage commercial and government contract billing.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation.
  • Track technician time and ensure accurate job records.
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Customer & Field Operations Support
  • Coordinate job setup, work orders, and customer communication.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative needs of field technicians.
  • Monitor safety equipment inspections and required documentation.
  • Ensure communication flows efficiently between customers, technicians, and management.
  • Employee & HR Support
  • Assist employees with questions, paperwork, and administrative needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation with corporate HR.
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and supportive work environment.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Previous office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience in commercial electrical, construction, or field service industries is a plus.
  • Government contract billing experience is highly desirable.
  • You don't have to know everything on day one. We can teach you our systems and processes. What we can't teach is a great attitude, personal accountability, and the drive to get things done!

Location & Flexibility

This position will be primarily based in the greater Norfolk/Hampton Roads area, with responsibility for supporting our Richmond office.

Occasional travel to Richmond will be required, particularly during initial training and setup. Once established, many Richmond responsibilities can be managed remotely, with flexibility based on operational needs.

Why Join LMI?

At Lighting Maintenance Inc., we believe great employees make great companies. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your role, work alongside experienced professionals, and make a meaningful impact on how our Virginia offices operate.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks but takes pride in making things run better.

Interested? We'd Love to Hear From You!

If you're ready for a position where your initiative, organization, and hard work are valued, we encourage you to apply.
