Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments and jewelry accurately to determine value, weight, and purity.
  • Process gold loan applications in accordance with established bank policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end gold loan disbursement process, ensuring secure handling, storage, and custody of gold assets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive portfolio growth and achieve distribution targets.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and providing appropriate financial solutions.
  • Conduct regular verification and audits of gold inventory to mitigate operational and credit risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in gold appraisal, valuation, and gold loan operations.
  • Sound knowledge of consumer banking products, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • High level of integrity, detail-orientation, and accuracy in handling physical assets.
  • Proven ability to meet business targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline.
