Wir suchen eine\*n OGS Fachkraft / päd. Fachkraft (m/w/d) als Krankheitsvertretung mit 25 Stunden/Woche (5-Tage Woche) für die OGS der Alfred-Delp-Schule in Geseke .

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • Aufsichtsführung
  • Anleitung von Gesellschaftsspielen und Spielen im Außenbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei der dekorativen Raumgestaltung und bei kreativen Angeboten
  • Unterstützung in Konfliktsituationen
  • Mitwirkung im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Durchführung von Projektangeboten während der Ferien und an beweglichen Ferientagen

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

  • Qualifikation mindestens Erzieher*in, als Heilerziehungspfleger*in oder eine vergleichbare anerkannte sozialpädagogische Ausbildung
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Einfühlungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • selbständiges Arbeiten, sicheres Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und zur Netzwerkarbeit
