IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Leitung der Einrichtung mit Personalverantwortung, Dienstaufsicht, Dienstplangestaltung, Qualitätsplanung
  • Führung, Motivation und fachliche Entwicklung des Teams
  • Haushaltsplanung und Budgetverantwortung mit verantwortlichem Kostenbewusstsein
  • Verantwortung für Qualitätssicherung,
  • Konzeptarbeit und gesetzliche Vorgaben
  • Steuerung der Aufnahmen der Schüler\*innen
  • Außenvertretung der Einrichtung und Netzwerkarbeit

IHR PROFIL

  • Sie wünschen sich eine neue berufliche Herausforderung
  • Sie sind Erzieher\*in, Sozial pädagoge\*in oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Leitungsaufgaben sind Ihnen bereits vertraut
