What You'll Do:

You'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include:

• •Oversee and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues.
• •Lead, mentor, and provide training to HVAC technicians, ensuring proficiency in tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• •Communicate promptly with dispatchers and customers regarding scheduling and delays.
• •Follow standardized procedures for customer visits, including documenting installed equipment and test results.
• •Clearly explain company pricing and services to customers.
• •Repair systems by sourcing parts, calibrating, and thoroughly testing components.
• •Identify and report opportunities for additional business, such as upgrades or service contracts.
• •Complete visits by collecting accurate customer information and signatures.
• •Notify dispatchers of any issues that may impact service delivery.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

Technical Requirements

• •A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• •Valid HVAC technician license and relevant certifications.
• •MA/NH oil burner service license.
• •MA/NH Propane Certification.
• •EPA 608 certificate.
• •Clean MA/NH driving record.
• •Understanding of blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• •Ability to pass company-provided drug test, alcohol test, and physical.
• •Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts.

FLSA Status:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Electronic timekeeping of all hours worked is required.

Job Environment:
