Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Busunternehmen und suchen Verstärkung für unser Team in Teilzeit oder als Minijob. Wir sind im Reisebusbereich vorwiegend regional, mitunter auch in Nachbarländern tätig, dabei befördern wir Fahrgastgruppen nach deren Wünschen zu den unterschiedlichsten Zielen. Hierbei sind natürlich auch die Arbeitszeiten sehr unterschiedlich.

Daneben sind wir für die Durchführung der Düsseldorfer Citytour (HopOn HopOff) zuständig, mit vollelektrischen roten Cabrio-Doppeldeckern, je nach Saison mit bis zu 3 Bussen täglich tagsüber.

  • Eine gewisse Ortskenntnis/Orientierungsfähigkeit ist vorteilhaft/notwendig.
  • Zum Arbeitsumfang zählt auch die notwendige Fahrzeugpflege für den nächsten Einsatz, damit sowohl Kunden als auch Kollegen ein ordentliches Fahrzeug vorfinden. Dazu stehen die betriebseigene Waschanlage und eine eigene Tankstelle zur Verfügung.
  • Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung. Auch Berufsanfänger haben bei uns Möglichkeiten.
  • Wir legen Wert auf ein gepflegtes Auftreten, kundenfreundliches Verhalten und Flexibilität.
  • Gerne auch auf Minijobbasis, um Auslastungsspitzen abzudecken.

Basis für unsere Arbeitsverträge ist der Tarifvertrag des Verbandes Nordrheinwestfälischer Omnibusunternehmer mit allen Regelungen, zuzüglich einigen übertariflichen Leistungen.
