On Call Banquet Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service for events such as weddings, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings)
• •Provide professional food and beverage service during events
• •Greet guests and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
• •Assist with event breakdown and reset of function spaces
• •Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• •Work closely with banquet and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• •Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
• •Strong customer service and communication skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• •Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• •Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays/lift up to moderate weight
