Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. • Front Desk Receptionist
• The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors,
• providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays
• a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to
• care.
• Key Responsibilities:
• •Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• •Register patients and accurately enter demographic information
• •Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• •Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources
• •Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps
• •Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas
• Qualifications:
• •High School Diploma or GED required
• •Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred
• •Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• •Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• •Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment
• Fast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.
