Logan Health is looking for an organized, compassionate Medical Scheduler to support our Oncology & Supportive Care teams in Kalispell. In this role, you’ll help coordinate appointments and treatment-related scheduling across departments while serving as an important connection between patients, families, providers, and care teams.

  • Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts
  • Work alongside a collaborative oncology and supportive-care team
  • Build valuable experience in specialty healthcare
  • Make a meaningful difference for patients without providing direct clinical care
  • Use your organization and problem-solving skills in a role where the details truly matter

What You’ll Do

You’ll coordinate multiple appointments and scheduling needs for patients whose care may involve several providers, departments, procedures, or treatments.

Your day may include:

  • Maintaining accurate information within electronic health record and scheduling systems
  • Supporting a smooth, compassionate experience for patients navigating complex care

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are someone who:

  • Enjoys organizing lots of moving pieces and making them come together
  • Can stay calm and accurate when priorities change
  • Communicates warmly and professionally with patients and families
  • Notices details others may miss
  • Enjoys problem-solving and figuring out the next step
  • Works well independently while also being part of a collaborative healthcare team

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
