ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the world to the next era of cancer care. With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Here, you'll partner with exceptional colleagues across scientific, medical, and manufacturing teams, backed by advanced digital and AI-enabled infrastructure and the authority to accelerate medicines from discovery to delivery. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you—across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future.

As a leading oncology company in the US, Pfizer Oncology is deeply dedicated to overcoming the challenges faced by cancer patients. Rarely has there been an opportunity in a single market to help so many patients with so much at stake and so many challenges to start and stay on therapy. Getting a medicine approved is not the same as getting it to a patient. This role exists to ensure the team accountable for closing that gap - and increasingly anticipating it before it opens - has the operational infrastructure, cross-functional alignment, and enablement support to execute at the speed and scale the moment requires.

The Director, Oncology Patient Solutions Innovation Enablement serves as a strategic thought partner and operational lead (i.e. the "control tower") for the OPSA Patient Solutions Innovation team. This role works across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of internal and external stakeholders to develop, evolve, and lead projects and programs that advance the efficiency, impact, and results of Pfizer’s Oncology Patient Solutions platforms, including Pfizer Oncology Together, This is Living with Cancer, and My Healthcare Finances, as well as the Global and US Patient Experience team, and broader OPSA strategic initiatives.

The role combines organizational, project management, strategic and tactical planning excellence with deep understanding of OPSA priorities and operations. It is responsible for seamless execution of operating, strategic, and tactical plans across Patient Solutions Innovation, in alignment with OPSA and in support of our Oncology portfolio. This leader will help identify the “big rocks” priorities, mobilize robust cross-functional workstreams, and ensure OPSA strategy and marketing initiatives are systematically linked to oncology key imperatives and measurable organizational outcomes.
