We are seeking a skilled OneStream Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting OneStream solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application development, data integration, financial reporting, and system enhancements to support enterprise performance management processes such as financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. OneStream Application Development:

- Design, build, and maintain OneStream XF applications including Cube, Dimensions, and Business Rules.

- Develop financial models, metadata structures, and calculation logic.

2. Business Rules & Scripting:

- Develop and maintain Business Rules using VB.NET.

- Implement calculation logic and automation.

3. Data Integration & Data Quality:

- Manage data integrations and ETL processes.

- Load data from ERP systems and data warehouses.

4. Reporting & Dashboard Development:

- Develop Cube Views, dashboards, and financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: - 4–5 years of OneStream XF development experience.

Desire to continually learn new processes and platforms to support our growing functions.

Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional technical resources.

Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of VB.net and SQL

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Ability to effectively present technical concepts and methods to non-technical users
