  • Entwicklung funktionaler Grafiken und visueller Elemente (mit klassischen Grafikprogrammen und KI-Tools)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team bei Webprojekten und Online‑Marketing‑Strategien
  • Schnittstelle zur Entwicklung: Austausch mit Programmierern und Durchführung kleiner HTML-/CSS‑Anpassungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung / Studium in \*\*Grafikdesign, digitaler Mediengestaltung oder Online‑Marketing,\*\* alternativ ein Abschluss in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Kommunikationsdesign oder IMUK ; KI‑Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud und/oder Figma sowie erste Erfahrungen mit KI‑Prompting für Grafiken
  • Erste Einblicke in Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Advertising
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlen‑ und KPI‑Verständnis – kombiniert mit einem kreativen Blick
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Freude an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2)
