Als Online-Marketing-Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer digitalen Marketingstrategien für den deutschsprachigen Markt.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketing-Strategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Lead-Generierung (Branding)
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der Website (CMS) sowie der Social-Media-Kanäle • Online-Marketing (Social Ads)
  • Planung, Durchführung und Analyse von SEO- und SEA-Kampagnen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Newslettern sowie Pflege des E-Mail-Marketings
  • Monitoring relevanter KPIs und Erstellung von Performance-Reports
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Edelmetallsektor
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Social Ads und Meta Business Suite
  • Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen + gängigen Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Kreativität, analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für Webdesign (Aufbau- und Funktionsweise)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Lernbereitschaft
