Als Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Wachstum einer kleinen Auswahl großer Kunden und entwickelst sowie steuerst deren Marketingstrategie.

Du entscheidest selbst, ob du vor Ort in Hamburg oder zu 100 % im Homeoffice arbeitest.

Aufgaben

Verantwortung für eine ausgewählte Anzahl großer Kunden

Entwicklung und Steuerung der Marketingstrategien

Erstellung von Copy für Landingpages, Ads und E-Mails mit Unterstützung von KI

Analyse relevanter KPIs

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam

Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Marketing mit Fokus auf Performance Marketing

Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder in der Coaching- und Beratungsbranche

Copywriting-Skills für verkaufsstarke Inhalte

Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools im Marketing

Idealerweise bereits Kunden auf sechs- oder siebenstellige Jahresumsätze skaliert
