Job Description: Primary School Teacher (Grades 1–5) – Online

Role Overview

Dreamtime Learning Online School is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers for Grades 1 to 5. The candidate will act as a mother teacher , responsible for managing the class, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the overall development of students in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Conduct online classes for students of Grades 1 to 5.
• •Act as a mother teacher and handle all academic and classroom responsibilities.
• •Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• •Ensure active participation and engagement of students during sessions.
• •Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• •Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• •Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Work Timings

• •Morning Shift: 09:05 AM – 02:05 PM
• •Afternoon Shift: 12:35 PM – 05:35 PM

Compensation

• •Gross Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• •Take-Home Salary (with PF): ₹21,200
• •Take-Home Salary (without PF): ₹22,500

Class Details

Class Strength: 20 to 30 students per class

Required Skills

• •Experience in online teaching
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Proficiency in using Zoom or similar tools
• •Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
• •Good classroom management skills in a virtual setup

Eligibility & Requirements

• •Graduate in any discipline (preferred with teaching background)
• •Must have a laptop
• •Stable internet connection and Wi-Fi facility
