For Champion Petfoods EC all-channel Trade marketing management

1. All channel VC design

• •Design promotion guidelines across all channels, set price tiers for differentiated categories across platforms
• •Establishes VC monitoring mechanisms

2. Build channel strategies

• •Design "where to play" strategy for channel positioning
• •Build omnichannel role positioning and product matching； clarify the core roles of each channel and develop a "channel × product mix" strategy
• •Improve product rollout guidance, rhythm, and tracking
• •Improve channel investment guidance and investment KPIs/ROI

3. Lead cross function team (sales/ MKT/Supply Chain/Finance) to enable key business cycles

• •Coordinate sales team business plan and review, set key KPI and checking trace
• •Bridge MKT and sales team to facilitate an integrated business campaign on channels.
• •Coordinate with finance team to manager an efficient value chain by channels

Requirements:

• •At least 8 years' experience
• •EC Trade Marketing experience is fundamental.
• •EC sales experience is a plus
• •Strong communication and manage complexity ability
• •Basic financial knowledge and experience in target allocation, budget management, contract and rebate management
• •Fluent oral English is must
