  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social Media-Kanäle, LinkedIn und Instagram
  • Erstellung, Planung und Veröffentlichung von zielgruppengerechtem Content (Text, Bild, Video, Stories und Reels)
  • Planung und Pflege eines Redaktionsplans sowie Koordination der Veröffentlichungen
  • Monitoring und Auswertung der Social-Media-Kanal-Performance anhand relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Broschüren, Flyern und anderen Marketingmaterialien
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Website-Inhalten im Content-Management-System
  • Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre/Matura/Studium) mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und/oder Kommunikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen oder in den Bereichen Energie, Metallurgie oder Chemie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in strategischem und operativem Marketing
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketingkanälen (Social Media)
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Kenntnisse in Canva von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken, Kreativität und Organisationstalent
  • Perfekte Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfäigkeit
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Angebote & Benefits:
  • Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens € 41.270,46 (Basis Vollzeit). Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
