  • Support Team at a well-known international e-commerce company in
  • southwest Berlin , we are looking for motivated IT Support Specialists
  • (m/f/d). You will be permanently employed by akut… HR Consulting
  • GmbH and work as part of our dedicated service team directly at our
  • client’s location. Your Responsibilities As part of our Onsite IT
  • Support Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for
  • employees experiencing technical issues or requiring IT assistance.
  • Your responsibilities will include: Providing face-to-face IT support
  • and walk-in support Receiving, processing and documenting incidents
  • and service requests Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Supporting users with laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and
  • applications Setting up, configuring and deploying IT hardware
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding Preparing and providing
  • IT equipment for new employees Supporting mobile devices and mobile
  • communication services Providing technical support for meeting and
  • conference rooms Supporting hardware ordering, inventory management
  • and asset management Maintaining accurate asset and inventory
  • information Documenting and following up on support cases within the
  • ticketing system Routing and escalating more complex issues to the
  • appropriate support teams Working closely with local and international
  • IT teams Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of
  • processes, documentation and support services What You Bring For us,
  • great IT support is not only about technical knowledge – it is also
  • about communication, ownership and service mentality . You are a great
  • fit if you: Have previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk,
  • Helpdesk or Onsite Support Have a good understanding of common
  • hardware and software environments Can analyse technical issues in a
  • structured way and resolve them independently whenever possible Enjoy
  • working directly with users Have a strong customer and
  • service-oriented mindset Are approachable, friendly and confident in
  • communicating with others Take initiative and ownership of your tasks
  • Remain structured and solution-oriented when handling several requests
  • at the same time Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your
  • colleagues Have very good English skills ; German skills are an
