We are seeking for a talented individual to join our Onsite Technical Support Team. The position is based off Tokyo, Japan.

オンサイト・テクニカルサポートチームは、当社グループの社員へのITサポートを提供しています。PC、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、モビリティ関連テクノロジーの保守・トラブルシューティングを行い、インシデントやサービスリクエストに迅速に対応します。また、国内外の社内エンジニアリングチームやその他テクニカルチームと緊密に連携し、デバイスやシステムの問題を予防的に特定・解決するとともに、社員が当社のテクノロジーを最大限に活用できるよう支援しています。

What we will count on you to:

• •対面、電話、Zoomなどのデジタルチャネルを通じて、社員に対する迅速かつ適切なテクニカルサポートを提供する。
• •PC、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、モビリティ関連テクノロジーの構築、設定、保守、トラブルシューティング、再設定および修理を行う。
• •社内インシデント管理システムにインシデントやサービスリクエストを正確に記録・管理し、必要な文書化とフォローアップを行う。
• •問題の緊急度に応じて適切にエスカレーションし、担当チームへの円滑な引き継ぎを実施するとともに、解決・クローズまで進捗を管理する。
• •エンジニアリングチームやサポートチームと連携し、リスクのあるデバイスやシステムの予防的な改善、ナレッジ共有、プロジェクト支援を行う。（緊急時には週末・時間外対応を行う場合がある。）

What you need to have:

• •ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、PC、モバイルまたはモビリティ関連テクノロジーに関するテクニカルサポートおよびトラブルシューティングの経験。
• •インシデントの管理、優先順位付け、エスカレーション、正確な記録、対応完了までのフォローアップに関するスキル。
• •複数のチャネルを通じて社員をサポートできる、優れたコミュニケーション能力とカスタマーサービス能力。
• •ハイブリッド環境で業務を遂行し、組織内のテクニカルチームと効果的に連携できる能力。
• •必要に応じて、週末・時間外対応および出張が可能であること。

• •Nexthinkまたはその他のエンドポイントのパフォーマンス監視・管理ツールの使用経験。
• •デバイスやシステムの問題を予防的に特定し、改善・解決した経験。
• •ユーザートレーニング、ナレッジ共有セッション、またはテクノロジー活用支援の経験。
• •テクニカルプロジェクトへの参画または業務プロセス改善の経験。
• •ITサービスマネジメントの実務およびエンタープライズテクノロジー環境に関する知識。
