Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11670

AUFGABEN

  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support vor Ort bei unser Kunde im Raum Berlin/Brandenburg
  • Abstimmung mit nachgelagerten Service-Einheiten und Weitergabe komplexerer Themen
  • Installation, Break Fix sowie Störungsbehebung an unterschiedlichen Endgeräten
  • Aufbau, Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen inkl. Rollouts und Umzügen
  • Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Bestandsführung von IT-Equipment inkl. Asset-Pflege
  • Ticketbearbeitung inkl. Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung in den jeweiligen Systemen
  • Anwenderbetreuung inkl. Einweisung in neue Systeme als direkte Ansprechperson vor Ort

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatik Systemintegration, IT-Servicetechnik)
  • Praxis im Onsite-IT-Support sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Erfahrung in Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PC-Hardware und -Software
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk, Server, Endgeräte, MS Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory und Windows 11
  • Kundenorientierte, kommunikative Arbeitsweise und professionelles Auftreten im Field Service
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Deutschkenntnisse C1 sowie Englischkenntnisse B2 in Wort und Schrift
