Für unseren OP suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll- oder Teilzeit eine/einen:

OP-Fachkraft / OTA (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnische/r Assistent/in (OTA) oder als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung im Operationsdienst oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im OP
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Fachliche Kompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen am OP-Prozess beteiligten Berufsgruppen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Instrumentieren bei allen kleinen, mittleren und größeren Operationen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der zu Operation benötigten Instrumente, Geräte und Materialien
  • Übernahme aller anfallenden Tätigkeiten als Springer
  • OP-Dokumentation und Weitergabe patientenrelevanter Informationen
  • Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
