  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von operativen Eingriffen (Materialien, Instrumente, OP-Platz)
  • Springertätigkeit bei Laser- und Augen-OPs (u. a. Versorgung, Materialnachschub, Assistenz im Ablauf)
  • Instrumentieren/Assistenz je nach Qualifikation und Einsatzbereich
  • Bedienung und Unterstützung beim Einsatz moderner OP- und Lasergeräte
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sowie Dokumentation der Eingriffe
  • Unterstützung im Gerätemanagement und bei der Lager-/Materialorganisation
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnische Assistentin (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) mit relevanter OP-Erfahrung sowie einer nachgewiesenen Qualifikation im Bereich der Sterilgutaufbereitung (Steri-Schein)
  • Erfahrung im OP-Ablauf und sicheres, ruhiges Arbeiten auch bei wechselnden Situationen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Herzlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit PatientInnen
  • Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Lust, sich in ein motiviertes und kollegiales Team einzubringen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
