  • Aufgabe:
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einer bestehenden Elasticsearch-Clusterlandschaft in Entwicklungs- und Produktionsumgebungen.
  • Sie führen Minor- sowie bei Bedarf Major-Upgrades durch und begleiten den Austausch bestehender Linux-Server von RHEL 8 auf RHEL 9 sowie Datenmigrationen in neu aufgebaute Cluster.
  • Sie setzen das Snapshot- und Restore-Verfahren für Elasticsearch neu auf und integrieren die zugehörige Automatisierung und das Monitoring.
  • Sie überarbeiten und erweitern bestehende Ansible-Playbooks und Rundeck-Automationen, beispielsweise für das Benutzermanagement und die Vault-Integration.
  • Sie bauen Testumgebungen für eine mögliche Migration auf OpenSearch auf und entwickeln die dafür erforderlichen Ansible-Playbooks.
  • Sie erproben bisher nicht eingesetzte Funktionen wie Document Level Security und evaluieren geeignete Migrationsansätze.
  • Optional übernehmen Sie die Restrukturierung weiterer Ansible-Playbooks, beispielsweise für Python-Hosting oder Redis. Die fachlichen Vorgaben erhalten Sie vom zuständigen Team; Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Umsetzung mit Ansible.
  • Qualifikation:
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb von Elasticsearch- oder OpenSearch-Clustern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ansible sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Erweiterung von Playbooks und Rollen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux-Servern, idealerweise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Logging-Werkzeugen, idealerweise Grafana und Telegraf
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
