We are seeking a skilled OpenText Archive Center Developer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise archival solutions using OpenText technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in OpenText Archive Center, SAP Archiving integrations, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performance archival solutions

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using OpenText Archive Center.

Configure and support data archiving and document retention processes.

Integrate OpenText Archive Center with SAP ECC/S4HANA using SAP ArchiveLink and related archival frameworks.

Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OpenText archival components.

Support archival strategy implementation for structured and unstructured enterprise data.

Work with business stakeholders to understand retention, compliance, and archival requirements.

Execute migration, archival, retrieval, and lifecycle management activities.

Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve archival-related incidents and performance issues.

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with infrastructure, SAP, and application teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

Technical requirements

OpenText Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Archive Center.

Knowledge of OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM.

Understanding of enterprise archival and records management concepts.

Experience with retention policies, legal hold, and compliance requirements.

SAP Integration

Experience with SAP ArchiveLink integrations.

Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA archival architecture.

Understanding of SAP ILM (preferred).

Technical Skills

Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server, or SAP HANA.

Linux/Unix administration basics.

Experience with content repositories and storage management.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.

Additional responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant experience in OpenText archival solutions.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in an Agile delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

OpenText certifications.

Experience in OpenText xECM, Documentum, or ECM platforms.

Exposure to SAP VIM or enterprise document management solutions.

Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology
