Job Description:

• He/she manages one or several of the following activities:
• - Welcome delivery trucks to Logistics or Production line side areas.
• - Ensure the right delivery of the right product, to the right address with the right documentation according to the product type.
• - Check parcel physical condition and manage Customs area.
• - Visually check the parcel to look for any damage on the packaging and manage non conformities if needed.
• - Check collected products.
• - Ensure all products in storage area are properly identified with associated labelling and “Goods Receipt” slip.
• - Ensure accompanying documentation remains with the product.
• - Check that documents correspond to the correct warehouse and to the correct batch of product.
• - Respect the specific required storage condition (appropriate location, product characteristics)
• - Respect storage incompatibility between products.
• - Ensure that product is protected and avoids the contact of:
• − metal to metal components,
• − metal component to concrete floor,
• − metal component to metal rack/container.
