Responsabilidades Essenciais:

  • Realizar montagem mecânica e/ou elétrica de componentes, subconjuntos, motores, geradores e demais itens produtivos;
  • Executar preparações, pré-montagens, acabamento, limpeza e organização de peças, conjuntos e subconjuntos;
  • Operar máquinas, equipamentos e dispositivos convencionais e/ou CNC de pequena e média complexidade, conforme treinamento e habilitação;
  • Executar processos de formação, isolação, montagem e ligação de bobinas, bem como acamação de rotores e estatores;
  • Realizar atividades de estamparia, empilhamento, prensagem, balanceamento, brasagem, soldas aplicáveis e testes elétricos, quando habilitado;
  • Movimentar peças, materiais e conjuntos com auxílio de talhas, manipuladores e ponte rolante, quando autorizado;
  • Inspecionar visualmente peças e conjuntos, realizar medições e preencher registros de produção, autocontrole e qualidade;
  • Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, qualidade, manutenção autônoma e 5S;
  • Identificar desvios e oportunidades de melhoria.

Qualificações Requeridas:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente fabril, preferencialmente em linhas de montagem industrial.
