Job Description

Descripción general:

Surtir materiales de órdenes de trabajo a través de etiquetas impresas usando el Conveyor para el transporte del material. Mantener ordenado limpio y acomodado el área de módulo de acuerdo a lo establecido en los procedimientos del área.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Surtir todos los componentes requeridos en el wave de cada una de las órdenes completos y correctos y completar el surtimiento del wave basado en el menor tiempo posible sin excederse del tiempo que refleja el man power report
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos que aplican para esta actividad
  • Dar seguimiento a la dirección y/o instrucción dada por el coordinador
  • Cumplir con el programa de las 5’s
  • Mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo así como buena disciplina durante la jornada laboral
  • Mantener buena comunicación con su jefe inmediato sobre cualquier situación que afecte los resultados del surtimiento o para cambios necesarios en el proceso para mejorar la calidad, eficiencia y/o seguridad
  • Dar seguimiento a programas establecidos en la empresa, mejoramientos, Kaizen, seguridad
  • Darle buen uso a equipos proporcionados por la empresa para realizar esta actividad como scanners, basculas, pickers, reach
  • Mantener las cajas cerradas así como de mantener limpio y ordenada su área de trabajo

Competencias requeridas:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Producción
  • Experiencia mínima 1 año como surtidor de materiales
  • Experiencia mínima 1 año en manejo de scanner
  • Habilidades de software: uso de Scanner

Habilidades:

Comunicacion, trabajo en equipo, proactivo, orientado a resultados, sentido de urgencia, organización, responsable, disciplinado.

Educacion:

Secundario, preparatoria o carrera tecnica.
