Job Description

Responsable del manejo de máquinas de plásticos con cumplimiento del producto dentro de especificación aunado a los estándares de seguridad, producción, buenas prácticas de documentación, limpieza y cuidado de equipo.

  • Realiza Inspección visual y pruebas de funcionalidad por hora de componentes moldeados.
  • Manejo de máquinas soldadoras Branson.
  • Manejo de probadoras de flujo.
  • Manejo de máquinas de grabado Printex.
  • Responsable del llenado de documentación de máquinas (DHR).
  • Verifica y restablece maquinas moldeadoras cuando es requerido. (Previamente entrenado).
  • Manejo y cuidado de equipos auxiliares del área. (Bandas transportadoras, sorteadoras, molinos, etc.).
  • Programa las básculas de acuerdo con procedimiento.
  • Asegura que las cajas de componentes lleven la cantidad de piezas acorde al stándar pack del número de parte.
  • Responsable del cumplimiento de la meta establecida de acuerdo con el tiempo de ciclos y cavidades del molde/maquina.
  • Cumple con la productividad establecida en los estándares de producción.
  • Cumple con los procedimientos de entrenamiento que le aplican.
  • Realiza la interpretación de dibujos de acuerdo con el número de parte.
  • Limpieza de máquinas y equipos auxiliares de manera diaria.
