  • Coordinate with the Sales team to support daily sales operations.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, tenders and sales documentation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders and sales enquiries.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Service, Procurement and Finance teams for order processing and execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and CRM updates.
  • Assist in processing customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, meetings and customer appointments.
  • Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents required for customer registrations and vendor onboarding.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries.
