What You Will Do

• •Lead and supervise a team of Assistant Foremen (AFM)/Cell Leaders, Workshop Engineers (WE) & technicians.
• •Ensure AFM, WE & technicians perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions associated with modules, parts, components or accessories in our OEM MRO facility.
• •·Ensure the work carried out on engine parts are done per current approved technical data and standard work processes.
• •Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
• •Ensure Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on equipment is performed on time.
• •Assist the AFM in their day-to-day operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
• •Attending Tier1 and 2 meetings.
• •Comply and adhere to the code of ethics as well as EH&S regulations, standards, requirements and procedures.
• •Carry out SAP transaction.
• •Perform cross-functional jobs within the department if required.
• •Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications You Must Have

• •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines Experience in aircraft engine workshop operations & procedures.
• •3 years of relevant operation experience and man management in the aerospace industry.
• •Good analytical skills, able to grasp concepts, track and resolve issues quickly.
• •Knowledge of SAP and Solumina.
• •Experience in PW4000 and PW1100 engine model and completed engine type course.
