Operation Manager

As Operations Manager Armenia , you will own the end-to-end operational performance of the market.

You will lead the local Ops team and make sure we have the right courier supply, strong delivery performance and efficient operations while supporting the growth of the business.

This role requires someone who is very data-driven, strong in execution and comfortable making decisions in a fast-changing environment. You will work closely with Commercial, Growth, Finance, Legal and Regional teams.

THE JOURNEY 

• •Own the overall operational performance of Armenia across delivery, supply and cost efficiency
• •Lead the local Ops team and build clear ownership across the team
• •Manage courier supply, forecasting, onboarding, engagement and retention
• •Improve key Ops metrics such as DT, UTR, Logistics Index, DT60 and CPO
• •Work with Commercial to improve partner preparation times and operational performance
• •Plan ahead for bad weather, peak periods, special events and supply gaps
• •Use data to identify problems, understand root causes and turn them into clear action plans

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Previous experience leading a team
• •Strong ownership and ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment
• •Good business understanding, with the ability to balance growth, customer experience and profitability
• •Strong planning and execution skills
• •Experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply, Marketplace or a similar fast-paced environment
• •Fluent Armenian and English;
