  • The Operations Manager leads the day-to-day operations of Green Ocean Property
  • Management, ensuring teams, systems, and processes are aligned with company goals.
  • This role manages leaders, drives accountability, improves performance, and turns strategy
  • into execution.
  • This is a senior leadership role for someone who can help run the business—not simply
  • manage a task list.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • ● Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
  • ● Translate company goals into clear priorities, plans, and accountability.
  • ● Lead, coach, and develop managers and team leaders.
  • ● Work directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational
  • improvements.
  • Operations & Performance
  • ● Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance standards.
  • ● Identify operational problems, determine root causes, and implement lasting
  • solutions.
  • ● Build and improve SOPs, workflows, systems, and reporting.
  • ● Improve efficiency, service quality, employee productivity, and client experience.
  • Team & Accountability
  • ● Hold managers and teams accountable for performance and results.
  • ● Coordinate across property management, field operations, finance, maintenance,
  • and other teams.
  • ● Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.
  • ● Make sound decisions that support company growth and profitability.
  • Requirements
  • ● 5+ years of progressive operations, business management, property management,
  • real estate, or related leadership experience.
  • ● Proven experience managing teams and preferably managers or team leaders.
  • ● Demonstrated success improving business operations and processes.
  • ● Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting.
  • ● Strong leadership, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Ability to hold people accountable and manage difficult situations.
  • ● AI-driven mindset is required, with a willingness to use AI to improve workflows,
  • decision-making, and productivity.
  • Preferred
  • ● Experience in property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or
  • HOA/condominium management.
  • ● Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
  • ● Experience building SOPs, KPI dashboards, organizational structures, or
  • management systems.
  • ● Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted processes
  • ● Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • ● Experience working directly with executives, owners, or a CEO.
